【Practice experience】
Having worked on employment-related legal matters since 2003, Mr. Jay Chen has extensive experience in employment related counseling, arbitration/litigation work, including advising many multinational companies on formulating and developing their legal documents concerning labor issues, including employment contracts, employee manuals and all kinds of corporate internal rules and regulations, representing clients in conciliation, arbitration and litigation of labor disputes as well as helping clients in dealing with emergencies and crises. He has also dealt with communicating and negotiating with labor unions or employees on various labor issues. Mr. Jay Chen has been sought by many multinational corporations and large-scale state-owned enterprises to provide advice on reduction in work force and employee transfer issues with respect to M&A and corporate restructuring.
